We manage all our bookings through Airbnb which makes the process easy and efficient for you and gives you all the protection that Airbnb offers. We are proud to be "Superhosts" and work very hard to maintain that status.

A few do's and don'ts
Earliest check-in 4pm
Latest checkout STRICTLY 10am - an additional charge of £80 will be made through Airbnb for departure after this time unless it has been agreed in advance.
No children under 13 years of age.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
(Additional charges will be levied through Airbnb if any of the above rules are found to have been breached.)
Outdoor shoes and clothing to be left in porch or hallway.
The sitting rooms must not be used as an additional bedroom so please check the bedroom configurations before booking to ensure they are suitable for your group.
Must climb stairs to access the Station Master's accommodation so this may not be suitable for persons with limited mobility
Access to neighbouring properties must be maintained at all times. Please take care when parking your vehicle and ensure that goods vehicles are able to reach the Royal Mail sorting office, Network Rail yard and Strathcarron Hotel at all times, day or night.
We are situated on a working railway line and while there are normally no trains between 8pm and 7am, sometimes Network Rail need to carry out essential engineering work during the night. If we are notified of it, we will always advise our guests in advance but we will not be held responsible for any noise or disturbance caused by this work.
All bookings are subject to acceptance of Airbnb's policies, rules and charges, details of which can be found on their website.
